Claims Process

We have made the claims process as stress free as possible for you.  Simply follow the steps below to start processing your claim.

1.  Contact a Funds Finders of America Account Executive by calling us at 1-727-400-3014 or emailing us at daisyc@fundsfinders.com (or by using the form below) with your file number and/or name on the card.

2.  An Account Executive will explain the process and discuss with you details about your account.

3.  Claim recovery Paperwork is then sent to you priority mail, You and/or your trusted adviser will review the paperwork, sign and return to our claims department.

4.  We will then file a claim on your behalf.

5. Our claim is then reviewed by the entity holding the funds.

6.  Our experts work diligently with the holding entity and the attorneys on your behalf with any information requested or required to get paid.

7.  Once the claim is processed and approved, a check is issued and dispersed.

There is never an upfront fee for our services since we are confident enough with our successful track record to share in the final payout with you.
